Return & Cancellations

We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
As a consumer, you are under the consumer rights to change your mind without any reason, you have 14 calendar days after receiving the products to inform us of your decision and then return to us.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please let us know of your decision by sending us an email at contact@www.joellesproducts.ie.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is required that you contact us before the end of the 14th day.

CONDITIONS

All returned items must be in its original packaging and unused condition, with all original tags and sealed.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please send us an email to our customer service at contact@www.joellesproducts.ie including the order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your order.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving the products back and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take 1-3 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card/bank company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
– Personalized Itens.
– Sales Products

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVES

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediatelly if you identify any sign of damage or if the items were sent incorrectly.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
